표준계약서상 퍼블리셔는 '갑'이 아닌 '을'로 규정됩니다.

In the standard contract, the publisher is designated as 'Party B (Employee)' rather than 'Party A (Employer)'

  퍼블리셔는 소속 작가의 창작물을 위탁 받아 수익화하는 역할을 합니다. 즉, 퍼블리셔가 작가에게 급여를 지급하는 구조가 아니라, 퍼블리셔의 비즈니스로 발생한 수익에 대해 작가들이 일정 부분을 퍼블리셔에 분배하는 것이 퍼블리싱 계약의 핵심입니다. 이러한 이유로, 표준계약서에서는 작가를 '갑', 퍼블리셔를 '을'로 규정하고 있습니다.

 
아티펙트 뮤직 (ARTiffect Music)은 표준계약서와는 달리, 현재 퍼블리셔와 소속 작가 간에 형성된 비정상적인 구조를 인지하고 있으며, 작가분들이 즐겁고 편안하게 창작 활동에 전념할 수 있도록 최선을 다하고 있습니다.

  또한, 저희는 어떠한 형태로든 학원 운영을 하지 않으며, 소속 작가들에게 그 어떤 금전적인 부담을 지우지 않습니다.

  A Publisher's role is to manage and monetize the creative works entrusted to them by affiliated writers. Rather than a structure where the publisher pays the writer a salary, the core of a publishing contract is that writers share a portion of the revenue generated through the publisher's business. For this reason, in standard contracts, writers are designated as 'Party A' and publisher as 'Party B.'

  At ARTiffect Music, we recognize the abnormal structure that currently exists betweeen the publishers and their writers, which often deviates from the standard contract. We are committed to creating an environment where writers can focus on their creative work comfortably and enjoyably.

  Additionally, we do not operate any type of academy, nor do we place any financial burden on our affiliated writers.

We thoroughly collect royalties from all around the world and transparently distribute them to our writers. We also work hard for our writers to understand about the royalties and copyrights as well.
